Building technology that expands what people can do.

I am Edwin Oduor, a Kenyan technology entrepreneur and product builder exploring software, digital infrastructure and responsible artificial intelligence.

My work at Supreonix combines building digital products, solving practical technology problems, developing digital infrastructure and expanding access to technology and education. I am most interested in making technology more accessible and in exploring how emerging technologies can better serve communities often overlooked in mainstream technology development.

A little about my work

Practical technology, built for real constraints.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, education, digital infrastructure and responsible artificial intelligence. Rather than only improving existing systems, I am interested in whether better alternatives can be built.

  • Building digital products from concept through to a working platform.
  • Solving practical technology problems for organisations and users.
  • Exploring artificial intelligence and how it is adopted responsibly.
  • Developing digital infrastructure that fits local realities.
  • Expanding access to technology and education.

Projects

Areas of interest

What I am working towards

  1. Responsible Artificial Intelligence

How AI systems can be built, adopted and governed accountably, with attention to the people affected by automated decisions.

  2. Digital Public Infrastructure

Locally relevant, accessible digital systems that serve communities rather than only the organisations that deploy them.

  3. Education Technology

Tools that support teaching and learning, including assessment, access to guidance and responsible use of AI in classrooms.

  4. Accessible Software and Digital Tools

Software designed for real constraints of bandwidth, device and skill, so that access is not limited to the well equipped.

  5. Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Building and sustaining technology businesses in African contexts, and what that requires beyond the software itself.
